hundred thousand million billion等数词前面有数字的话  就不能加s；而这四个单词和of搭配那只能是hundreds of 此时hundreds前面不能再加数词 所以本题选A

A. hundred本身是数词，前面有数词修饰时不需要用复数。hundreds of是固定搭配。

A.有具体的数字在前面，这个时候hundred不能加S，还有two hundred, three thousand; four million 另外hundreds of ,thousands of,millions of,...前面不能有具体的数字。
